Every piece that enters our store is carefully inspected. Warranty situations are rare, but regrettably sometimes do occur.
At Fifth Avenue Jewellers our suppliers’ warranty all items we sell. Each supplier has their own policy for warranty – please see in store for further details.
CUSTOMER SERVICE – RETURN POLICY
All in-store, regular-priced, purchases can be exchanged or returned for a full refund or credit note within 10 days of purchase. If purchased on sale or at a promotional price, the item can be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 10 days of purchase. All items must be returned in the original condition with the packaging and receipt.
Please Note: return policies are not applicable to custom made items, special orders, engraved pieces, or pieces that have been altered in any way.
CUSTOMER SERVICE – LAYAWAYS
At Fifth Avenue Jewellers we offer a no interest, three-month layaway. A twenty percent deposit is recommended, and all items are kept in our vault. Payments can be made at your convenience.
CUSTOMER SERVICE – CREDIT OPTIONS
We offer deferred payment such as three, six, and twelve month; no interest payment plans through our financial partner. Application forms are available in-store and credit approval can occur within minutes.
CUSTOMER SERVICE – LIFETIME DIAMOND UPGRADE
At Fifth Avenue Jewellers we offer a lifetime diamond upgrade option for all of our diamond rings. At any time you can upgrade your piece providing the new item is double the carat weight or original price.
